Brent Broussard serves as President and owner of Dudley Land Company where he is responsible for managing and overseeing company business for Dudley and its affiliate Companies Dudley Staffing and Dudley Utility Services. With over two decades of land & business experience, Brent has been instrumental in driving Dudley’s growth and technological innovation, maintaining its position as a leading energy land services firm entering its 46th year in business. Brent, a Louisiana native, is a 2003 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he majored in Professional Land and Resource Management. He was named 2021 Outstanding Landman of the Year and Dudley was awarded the 2025 Company of the Year by the Houston Association of Professional Landmen. This summer, Brent was named the 2026 Face of the Industry by the AAPL in recognition for his efforts to promote the profession through his role at Dudley Land and as host of, The Land Department Podcast. Beyond his professional achievements, Brent is a dedicated father of two (Whitt & Noelle) and a husband of 22 years to his lovely wife, Susan.
